The University of Bedfordshire have some fantastic sports facilities which are available for all their students to use year round, however they were using an outdated booking system which was over a decade old and didn’t give them the option to offer benefits like a mobile application and online booking which meant their staff were spending more time than necessary on administration tasks, and also students were not aware of the services they offered because they didn’t have an online presence.
